1、保險損壞如果超聲波清洗機的保險損壞，檢查電源插座中的保險是否燒毀。好拿出安全表，用萬用表檢查一下。如果損壞，請立即更換。

1 超聲波振子受潮，可以用兆歐表檢查與換能器相連接的插頭，檢查絕緣電阻值就可以判斷基本情況，一般要求絕緣電阻大于5兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值，一般是換能器受潮，可以把換能器整體（不包括噴塑外殼）放進烘箱設定100℃左右烘干3小時或者使用電吹風去潮至阻值正常為止。
1 If the ultrasonic vibrator is affected with moisture, the plug connected to the transducer can be checked with a megger. The basic situation can be judged by checking the insulation resistance value. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, the transducer is generally affected with moisture, so the whole transducer (excluding the plastic sprayed shell) can be put into the oven and set at about 100 ℃ for drying for 3 hours, or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal.
2 換能器振子打火，陶瓷材料碎裂，可以用肉眼和兆歐表結合檢查，一般作為應急處理的措施，可以把個別損壞的振子斷開，不會影響到別的振子正常使用。

3 振子脫膠，我們的換能器是采用膠結，螺釘緊固雙重保證工藝，在一般情況下不會出現這種情況。

4 不銹鋼振動面穿孔，一般換能器滿負荷使用10年以后可能會出現振動面穿孔的情況。
