一、概述

1、 Overview

歡迎使用本公司三槽水劑超聲波清洗機，該設備為三槽底震式、 全不銹剛結構，耐酸、耐堿，美觀耐用，使用堿性水基溶劑作為清洗劑， 特別適用于精密工件的清洗。本機采用清洗部份和控制部份分體結構， 使用方便，宜于保養。

Welcome to use our company's three tank water-based ultrasonic cleaning machine. This equipment is a three tank bottom vibration type, fully stainless steel structure, acid and alkali resistant, beautiful and durable. It uses alkaline water-based solvents as cleaning agents and is particularly suitable for cleaning precision workpieces. This machine adopts a separate structure of cleaning and control parts, which is easy to use and maintenance friendly.

二、結構組成與各主要組成部份功能

2、 Structural composition and functions of each major component

1.結構組成 該設備由超聲波發生器、換能器、清洗槽、熱風干燥系統、自動溫控加熱 系統、和外罩等組成。

1. The device consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning tank, hot air drying system, automatic temperature control heating system, and outer cover.

2.1超聲波發生器：產生高于20KHZ的超音頻電信號。

2.1 Ultrasonic Generator: Generate ultrasonic frequency electrical signals above 20KHZ.

2.2換能器：將超聲波發生器產生的超音頻電能轉換成高頻機械振蕩而傳入清洗液體中， 從而達到超聲波清洗的目的。

2.2 Transducer: Convert the ultrasonic electrical energy generated by the ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical oscillations and transmit them into the cleaning liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of ultrasonic cleaning.

2.3超聲波清洗槽：盛載清洗液。

四、開機前的準備

4、 Preparation before startup

1.檢查清洗機是否安裝平穩，機殼接地是否可靠；

1. Check whether the cleaning machine is installed smoothly and whether the chassis grounding is reliable;

2.將超聲波發生器開關置于“關”的位置，檢查電源是否合乎要求；

2. Place the ultrasonic generator switch in the "off" position and check if the power supply meets the requirements;

3.將機械溫控置于0℃的位置;

3. Place the mechanical temperature control in the 0 ℃ position;

4.關閉機器側面1個排液球閥；

4. Close one drain ball valve on the side of the machine;

5.注入清洗液，待液位低于缸面約10cm-15 cm為宜

5. Inject cleaning solution until the liquid level is about 10cm-15cm below the cylinder surface

6.將清洗槽上的超聲線接到發生器上（紅線接 + 綠線接 —）

6. Connect the ultrasonic wire on the cleaning tank to the generator (red wire connection+green wire connection -)

1.接通電源

1. Connect the power supply

2.根據工藝要求，將溫度控制器調節至所需溫度

2. Adjust the temperature controller to the desired temperature according to the process requirements

3.當清洗槽達到設定溫度后，指示燈自動熄滅，打開超聲波發生器電源開關，超聲波開始工作；

3. When the cleaning tank reaches the set temperature, the indicator light will automatically turn off, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, and the ultrasonic wave will start working;

4.超聲波清洗機停止工作前，應先關掉所有開關，最后切斷總電源。

Before the ultrasonic cleaning machine stops working, all switches should be turned off first, and finally the main power should be cut off.

六、注意事項

6、 Precautions

1）槽內無清洗液或低于容積的1/3時，禁止開超聲波，否則會損壞超聲波換能器。

1) When there is no cleaning solution or less than 1/3 of the volume in the tank, it is forbidden to turn on ultrasonic waves, otherwise it will damage the ultrasonic transducer.

2）槽內無清洗液或清洗液面未達要求時，絕對禁止加熱，否則會損壞發熱板。

2) When there is no cleaning solution in the tank or the cleaning liquid level does not meet the requirements, heating is absolutely prohibited, otherwise it will damage the heating plate.

3）絕不能使用易燃的清潔劑。

3) Never use flammable cleaning agents.

4）當清洗槽無清洗液時，絕不能開啟加熱器或超聲波。

4) Never turn on the heater or ultrasonic waves when there is no cleaning solution in the cleaning tank.

5）不可將液體濺濕換能器及超聲波發生器。

5) Do not splash the liquid onto the transducer and ultrasonic generator.

6）如有異物落入槽底應立即取出。

6) If any foreign objects fall into the bottom of the groove, they should be removed immediately.

7）切不可使用可燃性溶液作清洗液，由此引發的后果由使用方負全部責任。

7) Combustible solutions should not be used as cleaning solutions, and the user shall be fully responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

8）舊液換新時，排液與加熱均應在溫度控制器置于0?C及常溫，超聲波開關置于“關”的位置下進行。

8) When replacing old liquid with new one, both drainage and heating should be set to 0 on the temperature controller? At C and room temperature, the ultrasonic switch is placed in the "off" position for operation.

9）熱風干燥槽關風機之前要提前3分鐘關閉加 。

9) Before turning off the fan in the hot air drying tank, it should be turned off 3 minutes in advance.

七、保養檢查

7、 Maintenance inspection

1、電源：使用合符設備規格的電源及電源線，用戶方的電源回路中必需裝設專用于清洗機的空氣開關以在需要的時侯切開清洗機電源

1. Power supply: Use a power supply and power cord that meets the equipment specifications. A dedicated air switch for the cleaning machine must be installed in the user's power circuit to cut open the cleaning machine power supply when needed

2、接地線：清洗機機體及發生器都會在其電源引線上配有專用的接地線，并有明區分于其它電線的特征，因為設備與水、腐蝕性（溶脹性）液位接觸，易引起漏電，請按安全要求接好接地線；

2. Grounding wire: The cleaning machine body and generator will be equipped with dedicated grounding wires on their power leads, which have distinct characteristics from other wires. As the equipment comes into contact with water and corrosive (swelling) liquid levels, it is easy to cause leakage. Please connect the grounding wire according to safety requirements;

3、洗凈槽中無液或液位不足都會對設備造成不可逆轉的破壞，使用時必需確保槽中注入足量的洗凈液，否則相關的電熱器、泵、超聲波震子都可能損壞并可能引超火災及人身傷害；

3. No liquid or insufficient liquid level in the cleaning tank can cause irreversible damage to the equipment. When using, it is necessary to ensure that a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid is injected into the tank, otherwise related electric heaters, pumps, and ultrasonic transducers may be damaged and may cause fire and personal injury;

4、設備長期不用時，請放出洗凈液，干燥內槽及表面后用薄膜保護好，以防止設備的腐蝕老化加快。

4. When the equipment is not in use for a long time, please release the cleaning solution, dry the inner tank and surface, and protect them with a thin film to prevent accelerated corrosion and aging of the equipment.

八、運輸及安裝

8、 Transportation and installation

1、搬運時應緩慢地平起平落，平放地上可利用機器底部安裝輪推移，切勿碰撞機器。

1. When transporting, it should be slowly lifted and lowered horizontally. When placing it flat on the ground, the bottom of the machine can be used to install wheels for pushing, and do not collide with the machine.

2、機器應安裝在通風干燥的地方 ,其環境溫度與濕度不應過高 ，機身應水平放置 ，周圍應留有0. 6米以上空間以便通風散熱良好。

2. The machine should be installed in a well ventilated and dry place, and the ambient temperature and humidity should not be too high. The body should be placed horizontally, with a 0 A space of more than 6 meters is sufficient for good ventilation and heat dissipation.

3、電源的電壓及最大允許電流應參照技術參數表格上的要求。

3. The voltage and maximum allowable current of the power supply should refer to the requirements on the technical parameter table.
