標準單槽式超聲波清洗機的使用注意事項

1.超聲波清洗槽無清洗液時 ,絕對不能啟動超聲 ,否則易導致損壞換能器 及超聲波發生器。
1. When there is no cleaning solution in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, the ultrasonic must not be started, otherwise the transducer and ultrasonic generator may be damaged.
2.加熱槽內無清洗液或從槽體內底部測量高度低于250mm ,絕對禁止加熱 , 否則會損壞加熱板。
2. If there is no cleaning solution in the heating tank or the height measured from the bottom of the tank is less than 250mm, heating is absolutely prohibited, otherwise the heating plate will be damaged.
3.不能將物件直接放入超聲波清洗槽底部清洗 ,否則影響超聲清洗效果及磨 損缸底。
3. Do not put objects directly into the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning tank for cleaning, otherwise the ultrasonic cleaning effect will be affected and the cylinder bottom will be worn.
4.清洗工件如掉入缸底,應及時取出,否則會磨損缸底。

5.避免強力撞擊超聲波清洗槽槽底或振子粘接面,以免損壞換能器。

6.不可使液體濺濕換能器及超聲波發生器,以免使換能器及線路板受潮短路。

7.使用一定時期,應注意清洗劑量,及時加入清洗液 ,以保證機器正常工作。

8.槽內沉積物過多時,會使超聲波輸出功率受阻衰減,此時應放液過濾,并清理內槽后,重新放入清洗液繼續工作。

9.舊液換新時,應在關機狀態及常溫下進行,高溫換液會導致槽體變形,變色。
